j555 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

01 Introduction

Welcome to j555. By accessing or using any part of the j555 platform — including the website at j555.vu, the j555 mobile app and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and j555.

j555 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Pakistan. The platform provides sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games and related entertainment services, all transacted in PKR. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or the j555 app.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a j555 account you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be the legal owner of the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw on j555 — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast accounts, bank accounts and any cards used.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion from gaming platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not already hold another active j555 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

j555 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation when requested, j555 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

Creating a j555 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each user is entitled to hold one account on j555. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j555 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person and you must notify j555 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• Use a strong, unique password for your j555 account that you do not use on other services.
• Enable any additional account security features made available in your account settings.

j555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is reason to believe the registration information is false, incomplete or used for purposes inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

j555 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change and the current options are always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

Deposits: All deposits to j555 must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in reversal of the deposit and possible account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the j555 deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. j555 may request verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Processing times depend on the payment method used — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be requested once identity verification requirements have been satisfied.
• j555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while investigation of suspected fraudulent activity is ongoing.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings at the time of request.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

j555 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins on featured slot games and odds boosts on selected cricket and sports betting markets.

All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published at the time the promotion is offered. The general rules that apply to all j555 bonuses are as follows:

06 Betting Rules

j555 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, football, esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless a specific cash-out option has been offered and accepted before the event concludes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• j555 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict access to certain markets for individual accounts at its discretion.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published on the j555 betting section.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on a market, j555 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to technical issues or match circumstances. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid.

Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket matches, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, j555 will settle bets based on the official DLS outcome. No-result or abandoned matches are voided unless stated otherwise in the market rules.

07 Casino & Slots

The j555 casino section includes live casino games with real dealers — roulette, baccarat, blackjack and game show titles — as well as a broad catalogue of slot games including classic slots, video slots, jackpot games and crash titles.

• All casino and slot games on j555 use certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, real physical game outcomes dealt by live dealers.
• Each game has its own rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) information. RTP figures are provided by the game developers and represent a long-run statistical average, not a guarantee of individual session returns.
